Customer requirements: This house was tired, dated, and almost empty of furniture and accessories, due to the separation of its owners who divided the household items between them. The owner needed to sell the family sized house quickly to release assets and enable the family to begin new lives independently. The house sold within a week of being on the market and for the asking price.

The house had been up for sale for 3 years prior to our involvement. Some of the bedrooms were in accessible due to clutter, cardboard boxes and other storage items belonging to two adult children, one of which no longer lived at home.

Porch was very old, with rotten frames, cracked glass and very dirty

• Redecorate entire house using welcoming shades of colour
• Purchase items of furniture, accessories and other household items (for the entire house), to ensure the house feels like a family home
• Board up old food hatch and redecorate to disguise it
• Create bespoke artwork to fill numerous empty walls
• New carpets throughout
• Replace dated light switches and fittings and door handles
• Hang new roller blinds and curtains throughout the house
• Replace porch and lay new tiled floor
• removal of moss from low levels of roof that can be seen from upper windows

• Remove old and fit new en-suite bathroom and family bathroom, including vanity units, showers, toilets, tiling and accessories to compliment both themes
